Return Policy
We want you as a customer to be happy with your purchase, which is why we accept returns on New In Box that are in the same condition as when we shipped.
You have 3 Days to request a return from the date that you received the sneakers. Once we process your return, we will refund you for the amount you paid (we will subtract shipping cost to you and you back to us). This refund will be issued in the form of Hype credit to use on future purchases on the site.
To initiate this return, you will tap 'Request Return' on the order in the app. If you ordered through the website please contact [email protected] with your name and order number.
Please note: Customers are responsible for all shipping fees involved for returning items and the package remains the responsibility of the customer until it is received by Hype. Once we receive your return; the sneakers or clothing will be evaluated by a specialists before your refund is made.
- Include our Return Label and the Return Item(s) in their original condition
- Item(s) must not be damaged
- Item(s) must be in original condition with tags and packaging included
- Orders must be shipped out within 3 days from receiving your Return Label
- It may take up to 7 days for our specialist to get through your package from the time we receive your return
- Hype reserves the right to make a final decision on all return case
